Open Science practices, such as pre-registration of studies, sharing preprints, and FAIR data, are increasingly common in Psychology. While many of these practices are accessible and achievable, challenges like added effort, time constraints, and varying acceptance remain.
This session will assess what works, what needs improvement, and what barriers exist. It will also explore the impact on research careers and research assessment reform.
