FDM@Campus 2025: Save the Date and Call for Sessions
Following the successful premiere of our FDM@Campus conference in Göttingen in September 2024 (further information at https://www.eresearch.uni-goettingen.de/de/fdmcampus-event-information/), we are planning another edition of this event this year. The focus of the conference will again be on practical topics and experiences in the implementation of research data management directly on campus. Please make a note of the period 29.09.-01.10.2025.
We would like to involve you again in the organisation and topics of the conference. To this end, we ask you to suggest ideas for sessions that you would like to help design or organise independently. A session lasts 90 minutes – a shorter or longer period can also be estimated depending on requirements and organisation. Possible formats are e.g:
- Hands-on sessions
- Discussion formats (e.g. world café, fishbowl, station discussions, marketplace, …)
- Lectures
- Networking meetings (e.g. between different NFDIs, national or local initiatives, …)
- Masterclasses
If you would like to address an RDM topic in this (or any other) form, please send a title and short description (max. 150 words) to tagung@eresearch.uni-goettingen.de by 28 March 2025. The short description should include the format and objectives of the session as well as the level of participation/organisation you are planning.
Satellite events can also be held after the conference (afternoon of 1 October and on 2 October). You are also welcome to send us proposals for these events in accordance with the above specifications by 28 March 2025.
We plan to open registration for the conference, including the provisional programme, from mid-May.
We look forward to welcoming you to Göttingen in September.
