2025 Dataverse Community Meeting: Call for Proposals open until March 15th
The 2025 Dataverse Community Meeting is accepting submissions for papers, presentations, panels, posters, and workshops. The deadline to submit for the 2025 Dataverse Community Meeting has been extended to March 15th.
The event will take place from June 10-13, 2025, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC, USA. Pre-conference workshops will be held on June 10, and a Hackathon will take place on June 13. The theme for this year’s meeting is “Expanding the Dataverse: Advancing Innovation, Building Community, Establishing Legacy.”
Who Should Submit
Submissions are welcome from developers, researchers, librarians, and educators working with Dataverse.
Topics
Contributions should align with the theme “Expanding the Dataverse”, including technical development, data governance, curation, outreach, and user support.
Session Formats
- Presentation: 15–20 minute talks
- Roundtable: 45–60 minute discussions
- Poster: Visual displays with Q&A
- Workshop: Pre-conference hands-on sessions
Submission Guidelines
- Presentation/Roundtable: 500 words
- Poster: 300 words
- Workshop: 700 words
- Deadline: March 15, 2025
- Notification: April 10, 2025
