03/06/2019: Dataverse user meeting in Göttingen
On 3rd June 2019 a full day regional Dataverse users meeting for German and Austrian institutions was held in Göttingen.
The participants came from:
- WZB Berlin Social Science Center
- Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH
- AUSSDA – The Austrian Social Science Data Archive
- IZUS/Stuttgart University Library
- Göttingen eResearch Alliance
Remote participants from DANS (NL) and the Harvard team (USA) were connected. Most of the Dataverse instances are in beta/non-public version, but each of them had relevant and unique experience with the tool. It was quite interesting that the use cases are quite different in many aspects (organisational, staffing, technical setup, infrastructure etc.).
